HealthEquity/WageWorks is an independent company that handles all SF MRA reimbursements.
When to contact HealthEquity/WageWorks:
- For all questions on the claims and reimbursement process.
- To check the status of your claim.
- For questions on online account access. For example, if you enrolled in SF MRA but can’t register for an online account.
- To check your SF MRA balance.
- If you don’t have access to an online account, you can call HealthEquity/WageWorks to check your account balance.

What else to know about HealthEquity/WageWorks?
SF MRAs are charged an administrative fee of $3.15/month from HealthEquity/WageWorks, whether the account is being used or not.
SF City Option
San Francisco City Option oversees the collection of SF MRA employer funds on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco.
When to contact SF City Option:
- To change your contact information, including mailing address.
- For assistance on submitting your SF MRA Enrollment Form.
