  • For questions about your online account. For example, if you joined SF MRA but can’t make an online account.
  • To check your SF MRA balance.
  • If you don’t have an online account, you can call HealthEquity/EZ Receipts to check your account balance.

HealthEquity/EZ Receipts charges $3.15/month to all SF MRA accounts, whether they are being used or not.

SF City Option

San Francisco City Option works for the City and County of San Francisco. SF City Option gets funds from San Francisco employers and puts them into SF MRA accounts.

When to contact SF City Option:
  • To change your contact info, such as your mailing address.
  • To get help sending in your SF MRA Enrollment Form.
  • To schedule an appointment for free, confidential claims assistance.
