Next Steps: Set up Your Account Online

What happens after you get the notice that says you are eligible for SF MRA?

The next step is to set up an account online with HealthEquity/EZ Receipts. You will need to wait 1-3 weeks after you enroll before you can set up your online account.

When you have an online account, you can:

  • Check the available funds in your account.
  • Send in a claim for reimbursement and check the status of the claim.
  • View and download SF MRA materials.
  • Sign up to get your reimbursement by direct deposit.

To set up your account online with HealthEquity/EZ Receipts, you need to provide an ID code. Your ID code is the last 4 digits of your SF MRA Account Number.

Your account number is a special ID starting with 910 that was given to you in your SF MRA Welcome Letter.
