Submit A Claim

We offer several ways for you to submit a claim for reimbursement of eligible health care expenses. Claims are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days by ADP, our MRA administrator. You may receive a check in the mail or have a direct deposit to your bank account, depending on the option you choose when your submit your claim.
